REFUND POLICIES

VIRTUAL CAMP PROGRAMS
1) A full refund will be issued for a cancellation of more than 3-weeks prior to the start of the scheduled camp week.

2) A $25 administrative fee will be applied if the cancellation is less than 3-weeks prior to the start of the scheduled camp week.

3) If supplies have been delivered then a $25 administrative fee plus a $35 materials fee (Total of $60) will be applied.

4) There are no refunds for missed classes.

5) No refunds will be issued if a child is removed because of inappropriate behaviour.

6) Once the program begins there is a $75 administrative fee + a $35 materials fee in addition to the pro-rated rate of the number of classes attended.


IN-PERSON CAMP PROGRAMS

4) No refunds will be issued if a child is removed because of inappropriate behaviour.

5) There are no refunds once the class begins except in the circumstances below.

6) Once the camp begins, if there is a lockdown, outbreak at the location or your child is sick due to COVID-19 or any illness then there will be a prorated refund less a 40% administrative fee.
